ITiCSE 2008 Registration

You can register online and we encourage you to do so. Please, get information about conference fees, extra costs and excursion costs shown below, before registering. Alternatively you can download a paper registration form in Word or PDF format and send it by e-mail, fax or postal mail.

Conference Fees

Registration fee includes:

Entrance to all academics sessions and exhibits
A CD of the conference proceedings
Lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, plus morning and afternoon coffee breaks during conference sessions
Banquet on Tuesday evening (if you register by June 15)
Madrid Civic Reception on Monday evening (if you register by May 30)
Pre-Conference Welcome Drinks on Sunday evening

Extra Costs

Extra ticket to Banquet and Receptions	$115

Printed copy of the proceedings	$35

Excursions and Tours

1. Sunday full day excursion to Royal Palace and Toledo	$135
2. Sunday full day excursion to El Escorial and Segovia	$110

4. Wednesday Afternoon Coach Tour and Prado Museum	$50
5. Wednesday Afternoon Coach Tour and Queen Sophia Museum	$50
6. Wednesday Afternoon Hapsburgs Walking Tour	$35

Details:

All tours, include bus, guide and entrance tickets to visited monuments.
Sunday full day excursions include lunch without drinks.
Sunday and Wednesday tours require a minimum of 25 people.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests that are received at one of the addresses given on the registration form on or before June 15, 2008 incur a processing fee of $80. Because the conference must make advance guarantees for certain purchases, no refunds can be made if a cancellation request arrives after June 15, 2008.
